Canoeing Disasters and Fun

The river we canoed on was very shallow in some parts and was narrow and deep in some places. There was one part of the river that was covered with a bunch of fallen down trees. We got very stuck on them and a lot of other people did to. We were able to pass them because we went as fast as we could throw them and I took teamwork.

At first during the canoeing, we all thought that we would know what we were doing and go fast. It was exactly the opposite. Nick was in the middle splashing me, I was in the back getting splashed by Phinny, and Phinny was in the front splashing everyone and telling jokes that always made us laugh. We were second to last on the way there because we got stuck on a shallow spot in the river and there was always someone in the way. So, we could hardly move. It was really fun and we had a lot of laughs with ourselves, teachers, and classmates.
